CONMIX CONTRUCTION DIVISION
Conmix Construction Company has undertaken development of large-scale housing projects, warehouses, and multi-story buildings, with experience in various regions of Sri Lanka. Including constructing over 1,000 homes in the Eastern Province for several non-governmental organizations, including the Red Cross, GOAL Ireland, and the Saudi Charity Campaign.
The company began operations in Kandy in 1953, focusing on numerous government construction projects, including work at the University of Peradeniya. During the 1970s, the construction sector primarily undertook subcontracting work for British firms involved in the Mahaweli Power Generation projects.
Currently, Conmix specializes in medium and large-scale niche projects that include luxury hotels, villas, and resorts, and further have experience in the hydro power industry.
