CONMIX ROSS HYDRO POWER

Ross Hydro Power (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in 2009 as part of Conmix Group’s strategic decisions to get into the lucrative renewable energy sector after extensive research and study was done. As a result, the most suitable location was earmarked in Palapathwela off Matale along Sudu Ganga to construct a mini-Hydro Power project. Today, this plant is a model power station in the Hydro Industry of Sri Lanka and has been generating clean, renewable power without incident and supplying to the National Grid of Sri Lanka with a capacity of 4.55 MW.
